From Downtown Charleston

Head southwest on Calhoun St. Continue straight as Calhoun becomes SC-30 (James Island Expressway).Take the SC-61 Exit 1 toward Summerville. Bear right onto St. Andrews Blvd and continue for 3.5 miles.

Road becomes Paul Cantrell Blvd. Continue under I-526 overpass and take 1st right onto Frontage Rd.Take immediate left at Ashley Crossing Dr. The Arboretum is on the right.

From Charleston International Airport

Head toward downtown on I-26. Take I-526 W toward Savannah. Go approximately 4 miles and take Exit 11B to Paul Cantrell Blvd. Make the 1st right onto Frontage Rd and an immediate left at Ashley CrossingDr. The Arboretum is on the right.
